Caring is part of who we are.<\/strong><\/span> We believe in making a real difference \u2013 especially when it comes to youth upliftment and early childhood development. Our CSI focus is on creating opportunities for young people in disadvantaged communities and supporting the growth of educational centres and facilities that give children a stronger start.<\/p>\n

Each year, we support causes close to our hearts, and our people get involved through volunteering, participation and hands-on projects that uplift the communities around us.<\/p>\n

Together, we\u2019re building a culture of kindness that reaches beyond the workplace, creating a ripple effect that starts with small actions and leads to lasting change.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Inspired by Madiba\u2019s belief in the power of education, we regularly partner with Breadline Africa to help improve facilities at early development centres<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Volunteering with Heart<\/h2><\/div>

On Mandela Day and Youth Day, our volunteers roll up their sleeves \u2013 painting, planting, donating, and showing up where it matters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Walking for a Cause<\/h2><\/div>

Each year, our teams step up to support the fight against child hunger by participating in the Blisters for Bread charity walk. It\u2019s more than just a fun day out \u2014 every step we take helps raise awareness and funds for children in need. Our 2024 walk alone contributed 8,904 meals, helping kids grow, learn, and thrive<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Santa Shoebox Project is a highlight every year \u2013 giving us the chance to spread happiness and hope to children in need.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Just as we care about people, we care about the planet \u2013 and we take responsibility for the impact we make. Sustainability is part of how we work, enabling us to build a cleaner, more efficient workplace for the future.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re committed to reducing our carbon footprint through smarter energy use, conserving water through efficiency initiatives, and improving waste management and recycling. From water-saving taps and greywater systems to biodegradable takeaway containers and active recycling partnerships, we continually look for better ways to minimise waste.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
